PURPOSE:
To specify appropriate use of Chapel bulletin boards, bulletins, counter tops and newsletter space.
SCOPE:
All requests and use of space in our promotional materials and display areas by groups outside of the Chapel.
PROCEDURE:
· Community events and activities by non-profit organizations and other churches in the area may be displayed on the bulletin board in Room 5 (the Community Room) of the educational building only, following review by Staff for appropriate content.
· No use shall be made of any church or group promotional materials, such as newsletters, bulletins or display space outside of Chapel and its ministries (except in room 5). This includes use of bulletin boards and counter tops by groups including non-profit organizations and other churches’ activities in the area.
RESPONSIBILITY:
The Staff shall be responsible for reviewing all submitted materials and ensuring no items shall be displayed or printed in any way other than directed above.
