SCOPE:
This Policy shall apply to all Chapel By The Sea Employees
PROCEDURE:
- Chapel By The Sea encourages all its employees to fulfill their civic responsibilities by voting in elections.
- Generally, Chapel employees should have adequate time to vote before or after their regular working hours.
- Any employee unable to vote during their nonworking hours should discuss this situation with the Pastor.
RESPONSIBILITY:
The Pastor shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with this Policy.
